Frequently asked questions

Is SeatFlow free?

Yes. Creating seating plans, importing your guest list, drag-and-drop seating and sharing live links are all free, with no account or sign-up required. While SeatFlow is in early access, downloading the print-ready seating charts is free as well — clean, full-resolution files with no watermark.

How do I import my guest list?

Upload or paste a CSV. SeatFlow recognises common column names for guest names, bride/groom side, group, table and seat number — and offers a downloadable template if you're starting from scratch.

Can my partner or planner edit the plan too?

Yes. Every plan is its own shareable link — anyone you send it to can open it and edit live, and changes sync between devices as you work. You can add an optional password lock so only people with the password can make edits.

What table shapes does it support?

Round tables, long banquet tables, all-sides rectangular tables, and one-sided head tables where the couple or bridal party sit facing the room. You can assign guests to specific numbered seats around any table.

Do I need to create an account?

No. A new plan opens straight in your browser — no sign-up, no email required. Keep the plan's link to get back to it from any device.
